CBS Sports reported that Austin hit the ringside barricade and that a nearby woman fell backward; its account says he nearly hit her, not that the ATV was confirmed to have struck her.
What happened during Austin’s entrance
The incident took place on April 20, 2025, during Night Two of WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. CBS Sports reported that Austin rode an ATV around the ring and struck the front-row barricade while slowing. A woman nearby fell backward, and the account says Austin nearly hit her. It does not establish direct contact between the vehicle and the woman. CBS Sports’ April 20 report
How the eyewitness described her reaction
On April 21, Wrestling Headlines reported a post from attendee Troydan, who wrote: “Lmfao Stone Cold just crashed his atv infront of me the woman is pissed.” The word “pissed” is Troydan’s description of the woman’s reaction. The report does not quote her, and it does not establish that she gave an interview or confirmed that description herself. Wrestling Headlines’ April 21 report
What Austin said about the crash
In comments from an April 30 interview on The Ariel Helwani Show, as reported by Wrestleview, Austin attributed the mishap to a throttle setup different from the one he was used to. He said, “Different throttle setup than what I’m normally used to.” That is Austin’s explanation, not an independently established mechanical finding. Wrestleview’s April 30 report
