There is no official confirmation in the available CBS or Paramount material that an NCIS: Sydney episode was pulled just hours before release. Paramount’s current fall 2026–2027 lineup places the series in the second half of that broadcast season, but does not identify an episode, a previous airdate, a reason for a schedule change, or a replacement date. Paramount’s fall lineup announcement and the official episode listing do not substantiate the headline’s last-minute-pull claim.
What CBS and Paramount have confirmed
Paramount’s fall 2026–2027 schedule says NCIS: Sydney is planned for the second half of the broadcast season. That is broad season timing, not confirmation that a particular episode was removed from a specific date.

The official episode listing includes episode titles and airdate entries, but the material available does not identify an episode pulled hours before release. It also does not explain a last-minute change or provide a replacement date. Without an official notice tying an episode to a prior slot and confirming its removal, the claim remains unverified.
What is not known about the alleged schedule change
- No official source cited here confirms that an episode was pulled shortly before its scheduled release.
- No cited source gives a reason for such a change or says that an episode was cancelled.
- No replacement date is established in the available official material.
These gaps do not prove that no scheduling change occurred; they mean the specific claim cannot be presented as confirmed based on the cited announcements and listing.
