What to do if Season 7 does not appear
A newly released title may not show immediately if the app has not refreshed or the device is using an old version of Netflix. Try these fixes in order:
- Close and reopen Netflix, or refresh the Netflix website.
- Restart the television, streaming device, phone, or computer.
- On a TV or streaming device, choose More Details > Exit Netflix, then reopen the app.
- If the problem continues, open the Netflix home screen and select Get Help > Sign out > Yes. Sign in again.
- On Android, open Netflix’s page in the Google Play Store and tap Update.
- On an iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, search for Netflix, and tap Update.
Check for a VPN or region problem
A VPN or proxy can make Netflix identify the device as being in another country. That can produce the message, “This title is not available in your current region.” Turn off the VPN or proxy, reconnect normally, and try opening Netflix again.
