O vídeo de shimeji e a reportagem da Record
Segundo o POPline, em 10 de abril de 2023, o vídeo original mostrava Han cultivando shimeji em casa. A emissora usou imagens do conteúdo em uma matéria sobre os riscos de cogumelos alucinógenos, aproximando o cultivo mostrado no vídeo de um tema diferente.
Han contestou o uso do vídeo e a associação feita pela reportagem. O POPline atribuiu a ele a frase: “E não retrataram, só deletaram depois que jogaram a b*sta no ventilador”. A declaração é a versão de Han reproduzida pelo veículo; por si só, não confirma todos os detalhes da edição ou da retirada do material.
O que foi noticiado sobre a ação judicial
Em 13 de agosto de 2024, o site OJORNALISMO informou que a Record foi condenada a indenizar Han em R$ 8 mil por danos morais. A mesma reportagem disse que ainda cabia recurso. Não há confirmação disponível do andamento posterior do processo, portanto o valor deve ser entendido como a indenização noticiada naquele momento, não como um resultado definitivo.
