A small, pastel-pink cafe
Viaje was described as a compact spot with a pastel-pink facade on the carpark side of Beaufort Street, a small interior and a micro courtyard. An earlier review also noted pastel-pink walls, wood furnishings and natural light. The setting sounded intimate rather than spacious—something to bear in mind if you prefer a larger dining room. Jurewicz listed a long mac and an oat milk cappuccino at $4.50 each in the review. She praised the coffee’s temperature and taste, and described the service as quick and friendly. Based on the published 2022 reviews, Viaje appealed to people looking for a small, characterful brunch cafe, an unusual menu and well-regarded coffee. But the available records do not confirm that Viaje Coffee is operating now. A Western Australian government liquor application document lists Viaje Coffee at Beaux Lane, T8, 609 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley, and records a 2023 premise-name change; that administrative record does not establish current operations.
