What were the 2020 allegations, and what did Clark say?
Reports in 2020 described allegations involving inappropriate communications and sexually explicit material involving minors. Clark denied wrongdoing in a statement published in May 2021. F4W/WON reported that WWE investigated and said it found no wrongdoing. Those are attributed accounts; the available coverage does not establish a court adjudication resolving the allegations.
In the same statement, Clark described the effect on his career: “The allegations from April 20 2020 have effectively derailed any upward momentum I had professionally. And has ultimately resulted in my termination with WWE.” The quote records Clark’s explanation of his departure, not a verified statement from WWE about why it released him. Wrestling Inc.

What did the November 2021 case result in?
Clark was arrested in Florida in November 2021. Coverage reported charges that included cocaine possession, drug paraphernalia, evidence-related conduct, and a vehicle lighting violation. PWInsider reported that an April 2022 plea agreement imposed 12 months’ probation, $213 in court costs, and 25 hours of community service on the drug-paraphernalia charge. The reported agreement should not be presented as the disposition of every charge from the arrest.
Why were there two August 2022 arrests?
The Club Orlando incident
On August 20, 2022, Clark was arrested and charged with battery and trespass after a warning following an alleged altercation with an employee at Club Orlando. The separate probation-related arrest
On August 26, Clark was arrested on a drug-paraphernalia charge in reporting described as connected to a warrant or probation matter. PWInsider reported that a probation violation was found and that Clark was released after 25 days’ confinement on September 13. That depends on which case is meant. Fightful reported in December 2022 that prosecutors closed the Club Orlando battery/trespass case as unsuitable for prosecution because they believed they could not obtain a conviction. That is a prosecutorial decision, not an acquittal or a finding that the reported conduct did not occur. Separately, PWInsider reported a plea agreement on the paraphernalia charge in the November 2021 case and a probation-violation finding connected to the later arrest.
