Where does Spider-Man: Brand New Day fit?
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is a Sony Pictures production, not a Marvel Studios release. It is included here for readers following Marvel-related films, with that studio distinction made explicit. The sources give different US release dates: Disney’s July 2026 announcement says July 29, 2026, while the Associated Press reports July 31. The reviewed announcements do not resolve the discrepancy or establish dates for every territory. Check the local distributor’s listing for the applicable date.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What is not confirmed on the release calendar?
A maintained release calendar lists additional untitled 2028 film slots and other projects without firm dates, but its suggested identities for some slots are explicitly guesses. Those slots should not be treated as confirmed movie titles. Likewise, an announced year without a day—such as the 2028 window for Ghost Rider—is not a specific release date.
