Footage reported by Rolling Stone shows Priscilla Presley signing documents during a January 8, 2023 meeting at Brigitte Kruse’s Florida home, with an attorney reportedly present. The clip adds context to a dispute over the agreements and the circumstances around them, but the available reporting does not establish whether Presley understood or freely agreed to every term—or whether anyone committed abuse or fraud.
What the Priscilla Presley video shows
Nancy Dillon’s May 28, 2025, Rolling Stone report describes footage of Presley signing documents at the January 2023 meeting. Earlier Rolling Stone coverage places the meeting at Kruse’s Florida home and says an attorney was present.
The footage is relevant because the parties dispute the meaning and circumstances of the agreements. But a person signing documents is not, by itself, proof that the contracts were fair, that the signer understood every provision, or that the signature was obtained through coercion. The reporting available here does not provide a full transcript, establish that the clip is complete, or say that a court authenticated it.
Why Presley’s lawsuit is about more than the signing
In a lawsuit filed in 2024, Presley alleged financial elder abuse and claimed she was induced to enter agreements affecting her finances and commercial rights tied to her name, image, and likeness. Rolling Stone summarized her allegation as a loss of more than $1 million. That figure is an allegation, not a court finding or an established loss.

Presley’s filings described the alleged conduct as a “meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme,” language quoted in Rolling Stone’s 2024 coverage. That is the complaint’s characterization, not a judicial conclusion. The central questions include what the agreements said, how they were presented, and what happened before and after the meeting; the short description of the video cannot answer those questions on its own.
What Kruse and the other associates say
Kruse disputed Presley’s account. In the May 2025 Rolling Stone report, her position was that Presley faced impending financial ruin when Kruse stepped in. The parties therefore offer conflicting accounts of Presley’s financial circumstances and the purpose and effect of their business arrangements.

In August 2025, the Associated Press reported that Kruse and Kevin Fialko had filed a separate California lawsuit against Presley, seeking more than $50 million and alleging fraud and breach of contract. The amount is a demand, not an award. The AP report describes competing pleadings; it does not establish liability or damages for either side.

Did the video change the lawsuit?
The footage adds a visible event to a dispute about what happened around the contracts; it does not resolve the legal questions. The available reporting does not show that the clip establishes consent, coercion, incapacity, fraud, or contract validity. Those questions depend on the documents, the surrounding evidence, applicable law, and any findings a court may make.

The reports cited here establish this public timeline: Presley filed her suit in 2024; the video report appeared on May 28, 2025; and the AP reported the separate suit by Kruse and Fialko on August 13, 2025. They do not establish the procedural status or outcome of either case after August 2025. It would therefore be inaccurate to describe either suit as currently pending, settled, or decided on the basis of those reports alone.
