Jeremiah Dunmire, played by Robert Patrick, is the powerful liquor-business figure who becomes Dwight Manfredi’s central new threat in Tulsa King Season 3. Paramount+ describes the Dunmires as Dwight’s biggest foes yet, endangering both his business and personal interests. Calling Jeremiah the series’ “scariest villain yet” is a critical judgment, not an official ranking—but his reach, appetite for revenge and effect on Dwight make the case compelling.

Who is Jeremiah Dunmire?

Jeremiah is a liquor-business power broker whose interests collide with Dwight’s as Dwight tries to secure a distillery deal. Robert Patrick plays him, while his son Cole is also part of the Dunmire threat. The conflict is not simply a contest between crime bosses: it grows out of business territory, perceived intrusion, family legacy and revenge.

Paramount+’s Season 3 guide frames the Dunmires as Dwight’s biggest foes yet and says they put his business and personal interests at risk. The official episode guide makes that pressure concrete: in episode two, Dwight faces threats from Jeremiah and the Dixie Mafia. By the finale, Dwight and his crew are preparing for all-out war.

Why does Jeremiah feel so dangerous?

He threatens more than Dwight’s business

A business rival can be managed with deals or intimidation; a threat to the people Dwight cares about raises the stakes. Sylvester Stallone, who plays Dwight and is an executive producer, described the dilemma as: “This man wants something from you, and do you let the loves of your life die? Or, do you just go to war?” That framing makes Jeremiah dangerous because he can force Dwight to choose between restraint and protecting his circle.

Revenge is part of his operating logic

Patrick described Jeremiah as “unapologetically ruthless” and willing to do anything to exact revenge on people he believes have wronged him in a TV Insider interview published October 5, 2025. The qualification matters: Jeremiah acts on what he believes is a wrong, so the feud is fueled by grievance as well as ambition.

His arrival tests Dwight’s usual control

Stallone told TVLine that something Jeremiah does toward the end of the season turns Dwight “so feral.” The remark signals an escalation in the personal conflict without, by itself, establishing a measurable villain ranking. One useful way to judge Jeremiah’s threat is to ask whether he endangers Dwight’s family and crew, how far he will go for revenge, how much local business territory he can influence, and whether Dwight’s composure and rules survive the pressure. Those are critical criteria, not audience survey results.

Is Jeremiah the scariest Tulsa King villain?

There is no statistic or comprehensive ranking in the available official and interview sources that proves Jeremiah is objectively the show’s scariest villain. The stronger argument is about the kind of pressure he brings: he puts Dwight’s livelihood and loved ones in danger, pursues revenge without much restraint, and pushes the lead toward a more openly violent response. That combination makes “scariest yet” a defensible critical description, but not a settled fact about how every viewer will rank the antagonists.

Jeremiah is not presented only as an impenetrable threat. Patrick also said viewers would see him unravel and discover “some nicks in my armor” as he becomes more vulnerable. That gives the character a potential fault line: his ruthlessness does not mean he is beyond pressure or consequence.

Season 3 context and where to watch

Season 3 premiered September 21, 2025, and concluded November 23, 2025, across ten episodes, according to Paramount+’s season guide. Paramount+ names itself as the season’s streaming destination; current availability may vary by region and should be checked in the viewer’s local catalog.

The season’s opening business objective—a distillery deal—gives Jeremiah’s challenge a specific foothold. The episode summaries trace an escalation from threats in episode two to Dwight’s crew gearing up for war in the finale. That progression helps explain why the Dunmire conflict is more than a new face in the cast: it connects the season’s commercial stakes to Dwight’s personal loyalties.

Season 3 spoilers: Jeremiah’s arc

Patrick’s post-finale interview confirms that Jeremiah dies during the season’s completed arc and discusses the ending. That outcome gives additional weight to the clash, but it does not turn “scariest” into an objective ranking: the case rests on the threat Jeremiah poses and the response he draws from Dwight, not on a tally of which villain is worst.
