Travis Kelce said on the December 31, 2025 episode of New Heights that the Christmas present Taylor Swift gave him was “the best gift” he received. He would not say what it was, because describing it would reveal things the couple is trying to keep private. The published report of his remark does not identify the gift.
What Kelce said
According to ELLE’s report by Brea Cubit, published December 31, 2025, Kelce made the remark during that day’s episode of his podcast. The reported quote is: “The best gift that I got was from Taylor.” He then explained: “But it gives away things that we’re trying to keep in house.” ELLE is a secondary source, and it reproduces these lines as quoted; it is not a full transcript, so the wording should be read as ELLE’s version of the episode. The original article is at ELLE’s report on Kelce’s Christmas gift remark.
What is not known
The report does not establish what the gift was. Kelce’s explanation makes clear that he chose not to name it, and nothing in the coverage confirms a specific item. Any description of the present beyond “a Christmas gift from Swift that Kelce considers his best” would be speculation.
Other gifts mentioned in the same episodes
Several other gifts came up in the coverage, and none of them is the one in the headline:

- Austin Swift’s gift to Kelce. Kelce also said Swift’s younger brother Austin gave him a “great gift,” which he also kept under wraps. The report gives no detail about it.
- A bread slicer from Kelce to Swift. In the December 24, 2025 episode, Kelce said one of Swift’s favorite gifts from him was a bread slicer, because she had been making sourdough. This was a gift Kelce gave Swift, not one she gave him.
- PlayStation 5 consoles from Patrick Mahomes. The report also mentions consoles Mahomes gave the Chiefs’ offensive line. This concerns Mahomes and his teammates, not the Kelce–Swift exchange.
Jason Kelce’s comment
Jason Kelce, also on the show, remarked that the Swifts were “great gift givers.” It is a light comment about the family’s habits rather than a clue to the item Travis received.
How to cite the story accurately
- Describe the gift as “the best Christmas gift” Kelce received from Swift, and attribute the wording to his December 31, 2025 episode as reported by ELLE.
- Do not state what the gift was, or treat the bread slicer or the PlayStation 5 consoles as Swift’s present.
- Note that the quotes come from a secondary report rather than a transcript if you need to rely on exact phrasing.
The only firm facts are the date, the remark, Kelce’s stated reason for not naming the gift, and the separate gifts that surfaced in the same coverage.

34HD Christmas Lights Ornaments 2026, Funny Ornament Gift Ideas for Women
- ONE ORNAMENT, TWO FULL SIDES -- The complete design is printed on both faces of the ceramic disc in fade resistant ink, so the ornament reads the same whichever way it spins on the branch. No blank back, no bad angle, no fussing with which side faces out when you hang it.
- GLOSSY CERAMIC THAT FEELS LIKE A KEEPSAKE -- Fired ceramic with a smooth glossy face and a matte print area, measuring 2.87 inches across and 0.118 inches thick. Substantial enough to feel like something worth saving, light enough that a slim branch or a rear view mirror holds it without sagging.
- THREE WAYS TO HANG IT -- Every ornament arrives with a red satin ribbon, a thin gold cord and a natural twine loop, so it suits a classic red and green tree, a minimal modern one, or a car mirror, a gift bag handle, a wreath, a garland or a doorknob.
- FLAT ENOUGH TO MAIL AND TO STORE -- At just under an eighth of an inch thick the disc slides into a card envelope, a stocking or a gift box without bulk, and stacks flat in a storage bin between seasons instead of taking up a padded compartment.
- PUFFY STRING LIGHT ART -- A loop of oversized rainbow bulbs on a black cord circling hand lettered script in a soft raised 3D style, with two tiny heart shaped glasses at the top. Made for the household that leaves the decorations up well past the season, a roommate, a sister, a coworker, a neighbor or a bestie -- an easy Christmas, birthday, housewarming or secret santa gift.
