That wording matters: the headline’s “really happy together” phrase captures the positive part of the source’s account, while the quote makes clear that the source did not describe a settled future. Neither phrase should be presented as a direct quote from Swift or Kelce.

The assessment came from an unnamed source speaking to People, according to the syndicated report. The speaker was not identified, so readers cannot assess the source’s personal knowledge or independently confirm the private characterization. The report is evidence of what that source told People, not direct confirmation from the couple.
