What did Adam Sandler do?
TV Insider’s recap of the episode reports that Sandler made a surprise appearance to introduce Chalamet’s first musical performance. The reported contribution was an introduction, not a full sketch; the official episode listings confirm Chalamet’s roles but do not document Sandler’s appearance.
Why was Chalamet also the musical guest?
Chalamet’s performance role connected with his portrayal of Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown. In a January 10, 2025 report, the Associated Press said Chalamet had sung and learned guitar and harmonica in preparation for playing Dylan. That background provides context for his musical turn on SNL, but does not establish that a particular song performed on the episode came from the film. The AP report announced his hosting and musical-guest roles.
Where can you watch the episode?
Peacock has an official listing for the full season 50, episode 12 installment. The listing alone does not establish current availability, subscription requirements, or access in every country, so check Peacock in your region for the latest viewing details. The official SNL YouTube channel also published a related clip; a clip is not the same as the full episode.
