The Tortured Poets Department joined Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour as a new set section at the May 9, 2024, Paris show. The official tour archive describes that debut and a setlist reorganization, but its retrieved entry does not specify every song in the section. Swift had released the album 20 days earlier, on April 19.
When did The Tortured Poets Department arrive on the Eras Tour?
The album was released on April 19, 2024. On May 9, at the Paris concert, Swift introduced a new The Tortured Poets Department section and reorganized the setlist, according to the official Eras Tour show archive. The dates put the tour debut 20 days after the album’s release.
The archive establishes that TTPD became a distinct part of the show in Paris. It does not, in the available entry, give a definitive song-by-song list. That distinction matters: the official record supports the section’s debut, not a claim that every track was performed or that the same setlist applied to every tour date.
What songs from The Tortured Poets Department are in the Eras Tour setlist?
The official show archive confirms a TTPD section at the May 9 Paris show but does not name its complete contents in the available text. Without a track list in that record, it is not possible to give a definitive list of songs from the archive alone. Any song-by-song account should be tied to a reliable record of that specific Paris performance, rather than generalized to every Eras Tour show.

Apple Music lists a 17-track configuration of The Tortured Poets Department with a runtime of 1 hour and 5 minutes, and gives April 19, 2024, as its release date. Those figures describe the album listing on Apple Music; they should not be taken to establish the contents or runtime of every edition.
Taylor Swift’s official credits page lists the album’s tracks and recording and production credits. It credits Swift and Jack Antonoff as writers and producers of the title track.
What did Spotify report about the release?
On April 19, 2024, Spotify reported that the album became the platform’s most-streamed album in a single day for 2024 less than 12 hours after release. Spotify also reported that it crossed 200 million streams, then 300 million streams, during that day. These are Spotify-reported platform streaming milestones, not sales figures or cross-platform totals. Spotify described the release as Swift’s 11th studio album in the same report.
