Peter and Jane Fonda followed at $240 million. These are historical estimates published by one outlet—not audited totals or verified statements of current wealth.
How the ranking should be read
The figures below are the combined estimates reported in Market Realist’s September 5, 2023 article, “Hollywood’s Wealthiest Sibling Duos.” The article does not set out one common valuation method, and some individual amounts are attributed to outside net-worth estimate publishers. Treat the ranking as a snapshot of what that article reported on its publication date, not as a definitive industry list or a current 2026 ranking.
“Combined” means the article adds the two listed siblings’ individual estimates. It does not mean a shared fortune, joint business, or jointly owned assets. Public net-worth estimates are source-dependent and should not be confused with financial disclosures.
The eight duos in Market Realist’s 2023 list
| Rank | Siblings | Individual estimates reported | Combined estimate reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Julia and Eric Roberts | Julia: $250 million; Eric: $9 million | $259 million |
| 2 | Peter and Jane Fonda | Peter: $40 million; Jane: $200 million | $240 million |
| 3 | Shirley MacLaine and Warren Beatty | Shirley: $50 million; Warren: $70 million | $120 million |
| 4 | Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal | Jake: $80 million; Maggie: $25 million | $105 million |
| 5 | John and Joan Cusack | John: $50 million; Joan: $20 million | $70 million |
| 6 | David and Patricia Arquette | David: $24 million; Patricia: $30 million | $54 million |
| 7 | Evan Ross and Tracee Ellis Ross | Evan: $25 million; Tracee: $16 million | $41 million |
| 8 | Jason and Justine Bateman | Jason: $30 million; Justine: $6 million | $36 million |
All amounts in the table are estimates attributed to Market Realist’s September 5, 2023 article, not independently verified personal wealth. The outlet names outside estimate publishers for some figures, including Wealthy Genius, Wealthy Gorilla, and Celebrity Net Worth; it does not provide a uniform methodology for every person.

Why this is not a current or definitive Hollywood ranking
A later Showbiz Cheat Sheet article, published December 23, 2025, covers celebrity siblings more broadly and uses a different selection of people and sources. It cites Celebrity Net Worth estimates for individuals and an Arka study for a Kardashian-Jenner family aggregate of $2.765 billion. That family-wide amount is not a brother-sister duo total, and the article’s different scope does not confirm or update the order of Market Realist’s 2023 list.
Wealth figures can also be published with different dates and definitions. For example, Forbes labels Laurie Tisch’s figure “Real Time Net Worth” with an as-of date and describes aspects of its wealth attribution. That individual profile is not a combined estimate for any of the sibling pairs listed here, so it cannot be used to verify their totals.
