What is known about Blue Ivy’s reported Barbie?
Enstarz reported in January 2013 that Beyoncé and Jay-Z gave their daughter a Barbie decorated with 160 diamonds and white-gold jewelry, with a reported price of $80,000. Those details come from the outlet’s account of a report citing an unnamed source close to the couple—not from a public statement by Beyoncé or Jay-Z, Mattel documentation, or a documented sale.

Jeweler Steven Stone repeated the story in a 2023 article and described the doll as a unique item that was not sold in stores. That later account shows the claim continued to circulate; it does not independently verify the original report. Us Weekly also repeated the $80,000 figure in a 2022 retrospective. Repetition in later coverage is not the same as separate confirmation.
Who are the 14 other children named in the roundup?
A 2026 Buzz Fix Hub article matching the headline names the children below. The page is a lead list, not dependable substantiation for each entry: it mixes birthday gifts with parties and other gifts, and does not reliably establish the specific item, birthday year or age, giver, or price for every child. The names should therefore not be read as a verified list of expensive birthday presents.

Why the gifts are not all comparable
A celebrity birthday roundup can combine very different things: a physical present, a party, a general lifestyle perk, or a gift reported for an occasion other than a birthday. Comparing their prices as though they were verified birthday purchases requires an established giver, recipient, occasion, year and source for each item. Those details are not reliably supplied for the 14 names in the 2026 roundup.
The Blue Ivy story is also unusual in kind: the doll was described by Steven Stone as a one-off, not a regular retail product. An ordinary Barbie sold in stores would not be a replica of, or an equivalent to, the reported custom doll.

What the reported prices do—and do not—show
The $80,000 Barbie figure is an entertainment-news report about one alleged gift, not a verified transaction or a statistical finding. Likewise, Us Weekly reported in 2022 that Sandra Bullock bought her son an Andy Warhol print priced at $14,000; that is a separate retrospective claim and is not independently verified here. Neither figure establishes a reliable ranking of celebrity children’s birthday gifts.
