New Edition, Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton were announced as the shared lineup for The New Edition Way Tour, a planned 30-city North American run from January 29 to April 4, 2026. Those dates have passed. The announcement and venue listings establish the planned itinerary, but do not confirm that every scheduled show took place or that a future joint tour has been announced.
What was The New Edition Way Tour?
The Black Promoters Collective announced the tour on October 24, 2025, with New Edition, Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton on the bill. The promoter described the production as a dynamic 360-degree stage, and venue announcements promoted an immersive, up-close view. That is promotional language, not a guarantee of what every seat looked or felt like.
The name refers to Boston’s recognition of New Edition: a street was renamed New Edition Way. The promoter said the run would include the group’s hometown. The Black Promoters Collective presented the tour. Read the announcement hosted by Prudential Center or T-Mobile Center’s announcement.
When was the tour scheduled?
The announced run was scheduled to open at Oakland Arena on January 29, 2026, and close at Toyota Center in Houston on April 4, 2026. The promoter described it as a 30-city North American tour. The original public on-sale date was October 31, 2025, through Ticketmaster and venue box offices; that historical sale information is not a current way to buy tickets.

Is the tour still happening?
No: the advertised January–April 2026 dates are in the past as of October 3, 2026. The available announcements establish the plan, not whether all 30 dates occurred as scheduled. They also do not establish a new joint-tour announcement. Check current announcements from the artists, promoter or venues for any future dates rather than relying on archived event pages.
