1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsIn Eater Vegas’s guide updated February 1, 2023, the highest explicit price among the tasting-menu examples was Restaurant Guy Savoy at $615 per person with wine. Joël Robuchon was listed at $485 per person, while Bazaar Meat offered two distinct tasting menus at $275 and $195 per person. These are published menu prices—not a consistent ranking of final bills—and the wine inclusion at Guy Savoy makes direct comparisons imperfect.
Published tasting-menu prices in the 2023 guide
The figures below are drawn from Eater Vegas’s February 1, 2023 update. They compare named tasting-menu offerings, not every Las Vegas restaurant or what every diner ultimately paid.
| Restaurant and menu | Published price | What was specified |
|---|---|---|
| Restaurant Guy Savoy tasting menu | $615 per person | Wine included; six courses plus dessert, according to Eater Vegas. |
| Joël Robuchon degustation menu | $485 per person | Eater Vegas noted premium ingredients including caviar and foie gras; the guide did not establish the complete all-in check. |
| Bazaar Meat ultimate tasting menu | $275 per person | Described by Eater Vegas as 16 courses, with a tableside wagyu preparation and cotton candy foie gras among the features. |
| Bazaar Meat 12-course tasting menu | $195 per person | A separate offering from the ultimate menu in Eater Vegas’s guide. |
Guy Savoy’s $615 is the largest explicit figure in this selection, but it includes wine. The other Eater Vegas figures are menu prices whose wine and other inclusions are not specified in the guide. Treat the numbers as a useful shortlist, not a like-for-like measure of total cost.
Bazaar Meat’s later 2023 price was for a named menu
A May 2023 SAHARA Las Vegas press release listed Bazaar Meat’s José’s Way tasting menu at $205 per person. That is a different publication date and named menu from Eater Vegas’s $195 12-course listing, so the two figures should not be combined or treated as a confirmed price correction. The release also listed Kobe eye of the rib as an optional add-on at $65 per ounce. See the SAHARA Las Vegas press release for that dated offer.

Menu price is not the full check
A per-person tasting-menu price does not necessarily cover drinks, tax, fees, gratuity, or optional premium courses. A SAHARA group dining brochure explicitly says its per-person prices exclude beverages, tax, fees, and gratuity; it is useful for understanding possible cost components, but it does not prove that every term applied to every individual menu or throughout 2023. Ask the restaurant what is included when booking, and check the current menu for the date you plan to dine.
- Compare the same basis: food-only menu with food-only menu, or wine-inclusive menu with wine-inclusive menu.
- Check the specific menu name and course count; Bazaar Meat’s ultimate and 12-course menus were not the same offering.
- Confirm how beverages, tax, service fees, gratuity, and supplements are handled before estimating the final bill.
Why current prices cannot replace the 2023 figures
Restaurant prices and special menus change. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants currently lists a $199.99-per-person menu, accessed October 8, 2026, which is not evidence of its 2023 price. MGM Resorts International announced a specific October 2026 Joël Robuchon white-truffle event at $595 per person, plus tax and gratuity; that event price is likewise not a historical 2023 menu price. These later figures are dated context only, not a basis for revising the comparison above.
