Kim Kardashian’s 2022 Vogue garage tour showed three cars she called favorites: a Lamborghini Urus, a Rolls-Royce Ghost and a Maybach sedan. The often-repeated US$3.8 million figure is a media estimate published in 2022, not an audited valuation or a confirmed current total.
What cars has Kim Kardashian shown in her garage?
In Vogue’s Objects of Affection video, released February 15, 2022, Kardashian introduced three favorites. The video documents the cars she chose to show and describe; it is not a complete inventory or proof of what she owns today. Watch the Vogue video.
| Vehicle | What Kardashian said or showed |
|---|---|
| Lamborghini Urus | She identified it as one of her three favorites and pointed out a front kit that made it look different. |
| Rolls-Royce Ghost | She named it as another favorite and noted its crystal ornament. |
| Maybach sedan | She called it her favorite; Vogue’s transcript also shows a gray emblem. |
Kardashian described herself as “a car girl” and said she wanted something different. Her explanation for the cars’ appearance was practical as well as aesthetic: because her house was gray, she wanted the cars to blend in. She said she chose gray rather than the matte silver she had used before.
Why are the cars gray?
The coordinated finish is the most distinctive feature of the three cars in the Vogue tour. Kardashian said she wanted them to match the house. Vanity Fair reported in February 2022 that the cars had been painted a matching “ghost gray” by Los Angeles shop Platinum Motorsports. It attributed a cost of more than US$100,000 to TMZ sources; that is a reported figure, not a confirmed invoice. Vanity Fair’s report.

The specific details Kardashian discussed were the Urus’s front kit, a crystal “lady” ornament on the Ghost, and a gray emblem on the Maybach. These are details from the 2022 video, not confirmation that the cars retain the same finish or configuration now.
Is Kim Kardashian’s car collection worth $3.8 million?
US$3.8 million is a secondary-media estimate reported in 2022, not a verified current value. The List’s coverage attributed collection claims to Lawrence Allan, identified as Motoring News Editor at Desperate Seller. SCMP also reported the same figure on March 6, 2022, drawing on earlier coverage. Neither report establishes an audited valuation, complete inventory, or current appraisal. SCMP’s 2022 article.

That distinction matters because the figure cannot be reliably updated by adding prices reported for individual cars in different years. The sources do not consistently establish model years, exact Maybach variants, purchase dates, later ownership changes, customization costs, or current market values. The available reporting supports describing US$3.8 million as an estimate that circulated in 2022—not as the collection’s present-day worth.
Does she have five Maybachs?
Five Maybachs is a claim in secondary coverage, not a complete first-person inventory from Kardashian’s Vogue tour. The List reported that she counted five; the Vogue video, by contrast, features one Maybach sedan among three favorites. The two accounts describe different kinds of evidence and should not be treated as a verified, up-to-date count.

There is also a separate Maybach story from 2022: Vanity Fair reported that Kardashian saw a custom Maybach minivan on Million Dollar Wheels. The article quoted dealer RD Whittington calling it the first of its kind in the United States; that was his statement on the program, not an independently established production fact. The report described Kardashian discussing four Maybach trucks and wanting a fleet, and gave the minivan’s reported price as US$400,000. This is historical program coverage, not evidence that the minivan was part of the three-car Vogue lineup or that she bought it. Vanity Fair’s coverage of the episode.

In July 2026, International Business Times Singapore reported that Kardashian had added a custom 1973 Ford Bronco, with an approximate price of US$285,000. The article cited a July 15 TMZ post and repeated the roughly US$3.8 million estimate, but it did not calculate a new collection total or verify the full inventory. The Bronco report is therefore a separate, dated secondary claim—not a basis for treating the 2022 estimate as current. International Business Times Singapore’s report.

- First-person and dated: Kardashian presented the Urus, Ghost and Maybach sedan as favorites in Vogue’s February 2022 video and explained her preference for gray cars.
- Reported, not audited: US$3.8 million and the claim of five Maybachs come from secondary coverage.
- Later but still secondary: A July 2026 report described a custom 1973 Bronco, without verifying a current collection total.
