What powers does Hughie’s dad have?
He can phase through solid matter
Hugh Sr.’s clearest demonstrated ability is phasing, or intangibility: he passes through walls and people. The episode does not establish an official name for the power or a complete profile of his abilities, so phasing is the most accurate concise description.
He cannot control what happens
His power emerges while he is disoriented. He moves through people and barriers in a frightening, uncontrolled way, and several people are killed. The violence is part of his confused state; it should not be taken as proof of a separate, formally established power set.
