Paramount+ lists the original series as four seasons and 40 episodes. The story’s closing chapter is The Big C: Hereafter, presented separately as a limited event series intended to bring Cathy’s journey to its conclusion.
What happens in the story?

The series’ conclusion is The Big C: Hereafter, which Sony describes as a limited event series bringing Cathy Jamison’s journey to its final conclusion. Sony credits Darlene Hunt as creator and executive producer, and Jenny Bicks as showrunner and executive producer.
