Cagematch.net’s overall event rating is the right measure for comparing Survivor Series pay-per-views—not the score for one match or an individual user’s comment. The available figures do not establish a complete, current ranking, so it would be misleading to name a definitive “best” event. Here are the verifiable examples, with their limits made clear.
Why there is no reliable full ranking here
A Cagematch ranking of the best Survivor Series events should order each event by its overall event rating and report the valid vote count beside it. Those ratings are community-submitted and can change. The figures available for this article do not provide comparable overall ratings and vote counts for every event, captured on one date. That means they cannot support a complete ordered list.
Keep three kinds of Cagematch information separate: an event’s overall rating, a matchguide rating for an individual bout, and a user’s written opinion. Only the first answers which whole pay-per-view is rated highest.

Compare like with like
Use the event-level score for every installment, and note the valid vote count and the date the figures were checked. A matchguide score can help identify a highly rated bout, but it cannot stand in for the event’s rating. Likewise, an individual comment can illustrate one person’s view but does not represent the community score.

Treat vote counts as context
Vote totals help readers understand how many ratings contribute to a displayed score. They do not, by themselves, prove that an event is better, and differences in vote volume do not eliminate the need to compare the same rating type across the series.
What can be concluded about the best Survivor Series?
These examples are not enough to identify the highest-rated Survivor Series PPV on Cagematch.
