What does each overnight date reveal?
Juliana: past hurt and trust
Juliana and Grant go off-road before talking about their backgrounds. Grant shares that his late grandmother was Dominican; Juliana opens up about the repeated infidelity she experienced with a past partner. The next morning, she is anxious about Grant’s other dates, leaving trust and emotional security as a concern in their relationship.
Zoe: childhood, family and children
Zoe and Grant begin awkwardly with couples yoga, then talk about difficult childhood experiences and their hopes for having children in a few years. In the recap, Grant reflects the next morning that they share a desire to build a better family.

Litia: a boundary and a difference in timing
Litia and Grant discuss what they want from family life. She is open to moving and hopes to have children within two years; Grant says he had imagined enjoying life together longer before taking that step. Litia also says she would prefer not to hear what did or did not happen with the other women, and chooses not to be intimate during the overnight.
Grant tells Litia, “I can see you as my wife, because I do love you.” Bustle’s March 18, 2025 recap reports the line; it has not been checked against a full episode transcript. Litia returns the declaration.

Who does Grant send home?
After the dates, Grant is conflicted: he has told Litia he loves her but still feels strongly about someone else. He sends Zoe home, saying he and Zoe were not in a place to get married. Juliana and Litia are the final two, and the episode moves toward Grant seeking advice from his family.
Where the episode leaves the final two
The episode ends before Grant makes his final choice. It sets up the next stage—meeting his family—without resolving whether he will choose Juliana or Litia. ABC7’s March 18, 2025 preview also identifies the final three and notes Litia’s boundary and Grant’s declaration.
