The 2026 Masters final round is over. It was played on Sunday, April 12, 2026, so there is no live final-round stream to watch now. During the event, the clearest free U.S. option was Masters Live on CBSSports.com and in the CBS Sports app on desktop and mobile. Current viewers should look for official replays, highlights and recaps instead.
The short answer for U.S. viewers
For the 2026 final round, U.S. viewers could open CBSSports.com or the CBS Sports app and watch the complementary Masters Live digital coverage without the same subscription requirement as the traditional CBS television simulcast. The feeds included live golf coverage and specialized views rather than simply promising that every minute of CBS’s network broadcast was free online. [CIT-001]
The distinction matters: CBS Sports listed the main television broadcast from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern, but its digital simulcast could require a TV-provider login or a qualifying Paramount+ Premium login. In other words, “free Masters Live” was accurate; “the entire CBS final round was free online with no login” was not. [CIT-001]

What the 2026 final-round schedule was
| Coverage | Time and platform | What viewers needed to know |
|---|---|---|
| Round 4 start | Approximately 9 a.m. Eastern, Sunday, April 12 | Pairing and start information was published through the official tournament materials. |
| Early Sunday coverage | Noon–2 p.m. Eastern on Paramount+ | This was a separate streaming window, not a blanket promise of free access. |
| Main television broadcast | 2–7 p.m. Eastern on CBS | Available over the air where a viewer could receive a local CBS affiliate; digital simulcast authentication could apply. |
| Masters Live | CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app | The documented free digital option for desktop and mobile during the event. |
Times were listed in Eastern Time. The digital coverage plan also included Featured Groups, Amen Corner, Holes 15 & 16, Holes 4, 5 & 6, and Masters on the Range. [CIT-001] [CIT-002]
How viewers watched Masters Live for free
- On a computer or phone, viewers went to CBSSports.com or opened the CBS Sports app.
- They looked for the Masters coverage hub and selected a Masters Live feed rather than assuming that the standard CBS television simulcast had identical access rules.
- They chose the available feed, such as Featured Groups, Amen Corner or one of the featured-hole channels.
- If the selected video requested a TV-provider or qualifying Paramount+ Premium login, that was an authentication requirement for that feed—not proof that every Masters Live option was unavailable.
The exact feed lineup and device availability could vary. Desktop and mobile access were the strongest documented free routes for U.S. viewers in the final-round guide. Connected-device access was also listed through Paramount+ login, which should not be confused with the free desktop-and-mobile Masters Live wording. [CIT-001]
Could you watch the CBS broadcast with an antenna?
Possibly. A U.S. household within range of a local CBS affiliate could use an indoor HDTV antenna to receive the over-the-air CBS broadcast, including the network’s 2–7 p.m. Eastern final-round window. Reception depends on location, building construction, antenna placement and the strength of the local signal.
This was an optional broadcast-reception route, not an internet-streaming workaround. An antenna did not unlock Masters.com, the CBS Sports digital feeds or international access. It also could not guarantee reception merely because CBS carried the event in the viewer’s market. [CIT-001]

What about Masters.com and the Masters app?
The PGA TOUR’s 2026 viewing guide listed Masters.com and the Masters app among the official tournament destinations. Their feeds and availability varied by round and platform, so they were appropriate places to check during the event and for official tournament information, but it would be too broad to claim that every final-round feed remained available indefinitely after April 12.
For a future Masters, start with the official event hub and confirm the listed feed, device and territory before relying on it. The fact that an official platform carried coverage during one round does not establish that it carries the same feed in every country or in a later year. [CIT-003]
Was Paramount+ free?
Not as a general rule established by the 2026 schedule. Paramount+ carried the early Sunday coverage from noon to 2 p.m. Eastern and was also listed for connected-device access and the authenticated television simulcast. The available guide did not establish a universal free offer, so viewers should not assume that a free trial, subscription tier or login rule applies without checking the current terms. What about ESPN and Prime Video?
ESPN carried substantial Masters-week coverage, particularly during the first and second rounds, and Prime Video appeared in the 2026 distribution plan for selected coverage windows. Neither was the documented free final-round answer. The Sunday final-round route centered on CBS, Paramount+ and CBS Sports digital coverage. [CIT-003] [CIT-004]

Can you watch the Masters 2026 from anywhere?
Not in the literal worldwide sense. The verified information for this event established U.S. digital options but did not provide a complete country-by-country rights table. Outside the United States, availability depended on the local rights-holder, territory and platform.
International viewers should check Masters.com and the broadcaster listed for their country. Do not rely on an unofficial restream, pirated mirror or an unverified VPN workaround. Besides being unreliable, those methods may breach platform terms or local law. “From anywhere” should mean “where an official rights-holder makes the coverage available,” not “one stream works in every country.” [CIT-001] [CIT-003]

How to watch the 2026 final round now
Because the event ended on April 12, 2026, viewers should use official on-demand destinations rather than search for a live broadcast. CBS Sports’ current Masters coverage page presents final-round recaps and highlights, including coverage of Rory McIlroy winning his second straight Masters, instead of a currently live final-round feed. [CIT-008]
- Check CBS Sports for final-round recaps, highlights and any available archived video.
- Check Masters.com and the official Masters app for tournament video, highlights and historical material.
- Use the official broadcaster or rights-holder in your country if replay availability differs by territory.
Archived video can be removed, shortened or restricted by location after a tournament ends. A page that was a free live feed during the event is not necessarily a permanent free replay.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesWhat not to assume
- Do not say the final round is live today. The event ended April 12, 2026.
- Do not describe all CBS coverage as free online. Masters Live and the authenticated CBS simulcast had different access rules.
- Do not promise worldwide access. International rights were not verified country by country.
- Do not call Prime Video the free final-round solution. Its documented role covered selected windows, not the central free Sunday route.
- Do not use StreamNeo as a viewing workaround. Its stated purpose is to loop recordings that a user owns or is cleared to broadcast as a continuous YouTube livestream; it is not a viewer-side Masters service.
- Do not suggest Outbyte improves the stream. No evidence connects its PC utilities with access to this golf broadcast.
What this means for the next Masters
The 2026 arrangement is useful historical guidance, but it is not a guarantee of future rights, schedules, login requirements or free access. Before the next tournament, verify the official schedule, the local broadcaster, the digital feed list, supported devices and any authentication requirement. A legitimate live-TV comparison service may help viewers compare CBS access in a future year, but free trials, pricing and tournament rights must be checked afresh.

The Bottom Line
Bottom line: The 2026 Masters final round was not still live after April 12, 2026. During the event, U.S. viewers’ best documented free digital option was Masters Live on CBSSports.com or the CBS Sports app on desktop and mobile. The main CBS simulcast could require authentication, an antenna was only a location-dependent way to receive local CBS over the air, and no universal international stream was established.
