Taylor Swift performed “thanK you aIMee” mashed up with “Mean” at her June 22, 2024, Eras Tour show at Wembley Stadium in London. Listeners have linked “thanK you aIMee” to Kim Kardashian, but the reports cited here do not establish that Swift confirmed Kardashian was the song’s subject.
What Taylor Swift performed in London

Introducing the mashup, Swift connected the audience’s support with the effect of criticism. Us Weekly reported her saying: “On the other hand, it really makes me think about how every time someone talks s—t, it just makes me work even harder and it makes me even tougher.”
Why listeners think “thanK you aIMee” refers to Kim Kardashian
The most visible clue is in the stylized title: its capital letters spell “KIM.” TIME’s April 19, 2024, report also describes lyrical and contextual clues that listeners interpret as pointing to Kardashian. Those clues support a popular reading of the song, not proof of Swift’s intent.

TIME places the speculation against the public dispute involving Swift, Kardashian, and Kanye West. It reports that Kardashian posted a short excerpt of a 2016 phone call that made it appear Swift had approved the “Famous” lyric referring to her. TIME says Swift later stated she had not approved being called “that b-tch” and did not know West would refer to her that way. This is context for the theory, not confirmation that “thanK you aIMee” is about Kardashian.
What about “Cassandra”?
TIME also connects “Cassandra” to Kardashian-related speculation, including the night of the 2016 phone call. But “Cassandra” was not part of the London mashup: Us Weekly’s account identifies that performance as “thanK you aIMee” with “Mean.”

The Eras Tour’s surprise-song slot features songs outside the main setlist. Official Charts describes the tour’s early format as two songs each night and notes that Swift used a similar slot on earlier tours; its overview of the format is general background, while Us Weekly supplies the details of the June 22 London performance.
