Sarah Jones, a contestant on Survivor: Marquesas, reportedly said in a 2002 interview that she had breast enhancement years before appearing on the show. That is Jones’s account as reported by TV Guide, not independent medical verification.
What did Sarah Jones say?
In a March 28, 2002 TV Guide Online interview, Jones addressed whether her breasts were enhanced. The article reports that she had previously told fellow contestant Vecepia Towery they were not real. It attributes this brief response to Jones: “No, it’s been years.” In context, she was saying the enhancement predated her time on Survivor, rather than being done for her television debut.

The same interview describes Jones saying her breasts were “most definitely hers”; the surrounding passage makes clear that this referred to enhancement she had undergone years earlier. Read in context, the comments are not a claim that she had never had breast enhancement.
Which Sarah does the question refer to?
The likely subject is Sarah Jones of Survivor: Marquesas, as identified in the contemporaneous TV Guide interview and the True Dork Times contestant profile. A February 28, 2002 AnandTech Forums thread used the question’s wording, but its commenters’ speculation is not evidence about Jones.

What can be confirmed?
The available account is a contemporaneous interview report, not an independently verified medical record or a located audio or video recording. The careful answer is therefore that Jones reportedly said the enhancement happened years before her Survivor appearance; the interview does not provide independent confirmation.
