Boston Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich’s Survivor story became a marriage and parenting story. They met while competing on Survivor: All-Stars, married in 2005, and went on to have four daughters: Lucia Rose, Carina Rose, Isabetta Rose and Adelina Rose.

From Survivor: All-Stars to marriage

Rob and Amber began dating in 2003 after meeting while filming Survivor: All-Stars. During the live finale, Rob proposed to Amber. They married two years later, on April 16, 2005, turning their televised relationship into a long-term family partnership.

The Mariano family’s four daughters

The couple built their family over five years, welcoming three daughters before their youngest arrived in 2014.

Daughter Birth information What has been publicly reported
Lucia Rose 2009 Her birth year was reported by ABC News in its 2014 family update.
Carina Rose 2010 She followed Lucia the next year, according to the same ABC report.
Isabetta Rose 2012 She was the third daughter born to Rob and Amber before Adelina.
Adelina Rose June 20, 2014 ABC News reported her birth on June 24, quoting Rob’s announcement that mother and baby were doing well.

When Adelina was born, her three older sisters were described as excited to welcome her. The family has generally kept the children’s private lives out of the spotlight, so the public record is mainly limited to names, birth details and occasional comments from their parents.

Why their daughters mattered when they returned to Survivor

Rob and Amber both returned for Survivor: Winners at War in 2020. Amber told CBS Pittsburgh that their daughters were part of the reason they accepted the opportunity: the girls had not seen their parents’ early seasons and could now watch them on television and share in the experience.

That decision made the season a family milestone as well as a competition. It allowed the daughters to see the beginning of their parents’ relationship and follow their return together, without requiring the children to become public figures themselves.

What Rob and Amber have said about family life

In a May 2025 interview with Access, Rob said, “We have four daughters, and they make us so happy, and we stick together as a family.” The comment offers a rare concise description of how he characterizes the household: four sisters and a close family unit.

Rob has also connected family life with cooking. His official website lists a Family Favorites Cookbook among his books and merchandise, a public example of the way food and home life fit into his family-focused work.

The family’s current stage

In May 2026, Rob said his oldest daughter was preparing to enter her junior year of high school and that the family planned college visits that summer. He also described the four sisters as “always together.” Those remarks describe the family at that particular point in time; they do not establish details about the daughters’ private plans or daily lives.
