What happens in Survivor 47, Episode 7?
CBS lists “Our Pickle on Blast” as Survivor 47, Episode 7, with an air date of October 30, 2024 and a runtime of 64 minutes. Its official synopsis says one group earns reward and safety in the challenge. The detailed events below follow Dalton Ross’s episode recap.
After Rome’s elimination, Ross describes Andy as repairing ties with Sol and building a connection with Genevieve. Those are the recap’s readings of the relationships shown in the episode, rather than official alliance labels.
Why did the immunity challenge raise questions?
The challenge divided the players into two teams. As Ross recounts it, the winning team earned group immunity and a feast, while the individual who lasted longest was also supposed to receive an immunity necklace. Ross points out that Teeny Chirichillo and Genevieve Mushaluk were still competing after Kyle Ostwald dropped, yet Kyle received the necklace.

That creates three different ways to describe the result: who physically remained longest, who received formal recognition, and whether anyone needed to keep competing after their team had secured safety. Ross questions how the outcome should be credited. That is his commentary on the twist, not an official ruling or an established Survivor statistics convention.
How did Sol’s advantage affect Tribal Council?
Ross says Sol found an advantage he could send to someone on the losing team. It offered a choice between Block a Vote and Safety Without Power. Sol sent it to Rachel, who chose Safety Without Power and left Tribal Council before the vote.

Why was Tiyana voted out?
At Tribal Council, Tuku members weighed whether Tiyana or Gabe should go. In Ross’s account, Caroline ultimately voted with Gabe and Sue, and Tiyana was eliminated unanimously. The recap describes Tiyana as visibly shocked and distressed as she left.
The moment’s sting comes from the gap between what Tiyana apparently believed and the vote that followed. Ross’s recap also reproduces Kyle telling Caroline, “T has been completely percent honest, and her story always checks out every single time.” He attributes the remark to Kyle Ostwald; the quotation is reproduced in the recap, not independently checked against an episode transcript.
