What happened in Survivor 46 Episode 10?
The episode begins with the castaways weighing whether Q should remain the target or whether they can make a more consequential move. Kenzie, Maria, and Charlie discuss blindsiding Tiffany, whose idol makes her a strategic threat. The plan is not settled immediately: Kenzie has doubts about turning on her ally, while Charlie and Maria continue to see an opportunity.
Why did Q’s Applebee’s reward upset Liz?
Q wins a reward meal at Applebee’s and selects Tiffany, Maria, and Kenzie to join him. Liz, who has struggled to eat because of food allergies and dietary restrictions, pleads to be included. When Q does not choose her, she becomes visibly upset; the recap says she later apologizes.
At the meal, Q tries to reconnect with the women strategically. They reassure him, but their conversations do not mean they have abandoned the possibility of voting him out. The reward therefore works on two levels: it creates the episode’s clearest emotional clash and gives the selected players time to discuss the game away from camp.

Who won immunity, and what did Liz give up?
Liz sits out of the individual immunity challenge in exchange for rice. The challenge is a grip test: each castaway holds a bucket weighted to a fraction of its starting weight. Charlie outlasts Tiffany and wins immunity, his second individual immunity win, according to the episode recap.
Why was Tiffany voted out?
After the challenge, Charlie and Maria continue advocating for Tiffany’s elimination, and the recap says they bring Liz into the plan. Tiffany believes she is safe and does not play her idol. At Tribal Council, the apparent focus on Q helps mask the vote against her.

The recap reports five votes for Tiffany. She is voted out and becomes the fourth member of the jury. The episode’s central strategic surprise is not simply that the plan succeeds, but that Tiffany leaves with her idol unplayed after feeling secure enough not to use it.
