Steve Buscemi’s longtime Park Slope townhouse reportedly sold off-market in mid-November 2025 for just under $5 million. Coverage describes a three-story, 1901 brownstone that Buscemi and his late wife, Jo Andres, reportedly bought in 1997.
What was reported about the sale?
Mansion Global reported that the off-market closing took place in mid-November 2025 for “just shy of $5 million.” Realtor.com characterized the price as just under $5 million. Brooklyn Magazine, citing a deed pulled by Curbed, described the transaction as a $5 million deal involving two family trusts. Taken together, the reports support a rounded figure of about $5 million, rather than a verified exact sale price.
Mansion Global places the closing in mid-November 2025. The underlying deed and its exact recorded consideration were not independently reviewed for these reports, and the available coverage does not identify the buyers.
Where was the house, and what was it like?
The townhouse was in Park Slope, Brooklyn, about two blocks from Prospect Park, according to Mansion Global. Reports describe it as a three-story brownstone built in 1901, with approximately 3,600 square feet. Mansion Global and Realtor.com attribute the area figure to StreetEasy; it is a reported property-data measurement, not an independently verified measurement.

How long did Buscemi own it?
