What is Squid Game Virtuals?
Squid Game Virtuals is a licensed Netflix and Sandbox VR collaboration. Unlike a home game for Meta Quest, PlayStation VR or PC, it is played at a Sandbox VR venue with headsets, tracked movement and a shared physical play area. Friends play together in virtual environments, compete for scores and can replay the experience to improve their results.
It is inspired by the Netflix series rather than a scene-for-scene recreation of its plot. Sandbox VR describes a sequence of competitive challenges, recognizable settings and additional games that can change in presentation or lineup.

- Cross the Glass Bridge
- Additional games and challenges that are not presented as a definitive public game list
Do not assume that every challenge from the television show appears, or that every venue uses an identical sequence. Check the current description for the branch you plan to visit.

Sandbox VR presents Squid Game Virtuals at participating locations worldwide, not at one single temporary venue. “Worldwide” does not mean every branch has it at all times: locations can change menus, remove sessions temporarily or operate under different local conditions.
- Open the official Squid Game Virtuals page.
- Select Find One Near You or choose a location.
- Open the branch’s current experience or booking page.
- Search for Squid Game Virtuals in the live menu.
- Check dates, start times, party size, price, age rules, accessibility information and cancellation terms.
- Book through the official venue page and keep the confirmation showing the location, date, time, experience and number of players.
For example, some branches publish dedicated pages such as Sandbox VR Indianapolis’s Squid Game listing. A branch page is more useful for current inventory than an old announcement.
If your chosen branch does not list it
- Try another nearby Sandbox VR location.
- Search the venue’s full experience menu, not only a date-specific result.
- Try a different date or party size.
- Contact the venue through its official page if the listing appears inconsistent.
- Do not treat a Netflix House ticket or a touring physical attraction as a substitute for Sandbox VR.
How much does Squid Game Virtuals cost?

Netflix House publishes separate price signals: its multiplayer VR games start at $25, while the Dallas Squid Game: Survive the Trials attraction starts at $39, with prices varying by date, time and demand. How long does a session take?
Sandbox VR does not publish one universal duration for Squid Game Virtuals on the main experience page. Allow time for check-in, waivers, equipment fitting, a tutorial, gameplay and post-game scores or photos. If your chosen venue gives a duration, treat it as branch-specific.

Age, accessibility and safety checks
Sandbox VR’s general local policies determine who can play. Before paying, ask the venue about:
- Minimum age and whether minors need an accompanying adult
- Height, movement or supervision requirements
- Pregnancy, seizure, motion-sickness and other health advisories
- Whether players must stand, walk, turn and react physically
- Wheelchair access and other mobility accommodations
- Use of glasses, hearing devices or other assistive equipment
Netflix House’s “all ages” language belongs to its separate attraction and should not be generalized to Sandbox VR. If anyone in your group has balance, mobility or motion-sensitivity concerns, contact the specific venue before booking.

Squid Game: The Experience has operated in different cities at different times, so availability is temporary and location-dependent. Netflix House is a separate destination with its own ticketing, policies and attractions. Netflix says some Netflix House VR games are Sandbox VR-powered, but that does not make Netflix House bookings interchangeable with regular Sandbox VR sessions.

- DDAKJI : It's involves two playing tiles of different colors. The point of the game is to flip over the other player's tile, by hitting it with your tile from above. As easy as the rules are, it's actually quite a challenging game that takes a lot more skill than you would think - but no worries, I'll give you a tip later to maximize our chances of winning this pastime.
Which option is right for your group?
Choose Sandbox VR when you want
- A shared headset-based game with friends
- Competitive scoring and the possibility of replaying
- A local venue rather than a limited-run touring event
- An activity that fits into a broader outing
Choose a physical attraction when you want
- Real sets, props, photo opportunities and theatrical staging
- A non-headset experience
- A temporary event in a particular city
Choose Netflix House when you want
- Several Netflix-themed activities in one destination
- Squid Game alongside food, retail, arcade or other attractions
What the original announcement got right—and what changed
A September 2023 announcement described the Netflix collaboration as an immersive Squid Game experience coming to Sandbox VR locations around the globe. That announcement remains evidence of the partnership and launch context, but it is not current local availability data. The present-tense answer is that Sandbox VR now lists Squid Game Virtuals as an available experience, subject to each branch’s menu and booking calendar.
