South Park: The End of Obesity puts new weight-loss drugs at the center of a town-wide disruption, with Cartman’s inability to get the medicine setting the story in motion. The announcement refers generally to “new weight loss drugs”; it does not identify Ozempic in the synopsis. The special’s promotional framing should not be read as evidence about the medication, its use, or its effects.
