Trump celebrates the news; Satan is heartbroken and leaves the White House. The episode’s reveal is a surreal fictional plot point, not a real-world medical event.
Which episode reveals what happened to the baby?
The reveal comes in “The Crap Out,” season 28, episode 5, production code 2805. South Park Studios lists Trey Parker as the writer and December 10, 2025, as the original air date. Its official description sets up the plot this way: “Satan’s due, Stan’s praying, and only a Christmas miracle can deliver the Antichrist on time.” South Park Studios’ episode page
How does the finale reach that reveal?
In TheWrap’s recap, Trump and JD Vance travel to South Park to free Peter Thiel, hoping he will help destroy the baby. Towelie alerts Satan to their plan. After Jesus intervenes, Satan goes into labor and is taken to Hell’s Pass Hospital. Stan and the Woodland Critters support him, while Jesus ultimately refuses to help destroy the baby. What happens after the doctor’s announcement?
The doctor reports that the baby died by suicide before birth. Trump responds with celebration. South Park Studios’ episode page transcribes his character’s announcement: “AY MERRY CHRISTMAS! Did you hear the news?! THE BABY’S DEAD!” It also lists his boast, “I WIN! I WIN! I WIN AGAAAAAIN!” These are lines spoken by the fictional character in the episode, not statements by the real Donald Trump. South Park Studios’ episode page
