In the UK, eligible customers can watch Sky’s integrated Hayu catalogue—advertised at more than 250 shows and 10,000 episodes—without a separate Hayu charge. The benefit is tied to your Sky package, and it does not include the standalone Hayu app.
What Sky has added
Hayu reality programming is now built into Sky’s viewing experience rather than supplied as a new linear channel. Sky says the catalogue includes franchises such as The Real Housewives, Below Deck, Vanderpump Rules, The Valley, Summer House, Married to Medicine and Million Dollar Listing. The content is accessed through Sky’s own On Demand and TV interfaces.
Sky announced the full integration on 29 July 2026. Its current product page advertises more than 250 shows and around 10,000 episodes, plus new seasons and, for many programmes, episodes released on the same day as their US broadcast. Those are Sky’s advertised catalogue figures, not a guarantee that every Hayu title or episode is permanently available on every device.

What the original “100+” offer actually meant
The March 19, 2026 story referred to Sky’s limited “A Taste of Hayu” preview. It offered ten Hayu franchises at no additional charge, with one selected season from each—not 100 separately identified new programmes.

That preview did not necessarily provide every season of any listed show. Sky’s current service is the broader July integration, so the March article is no longer a reliable description of the catalogue.

Who gets Hayu included?
Eligibility depends on the subscription, not simply on owning a Sky box or television. Sky’s July announcement says the full benefit is included for Sky Ultimate TV customers and all Sky Q and Sky+ pay-TV customers. Sky’s current product page foregrounds Ultimate TV, while the earlier preview FAQ listed several legacy packages. Check the exact package shown in your account before assuming you qualify.

Sky’s page checked on 18 August 2026 showed Ultimate TV from £24 a month, with prices potentially changing during a 24-month minimum term. That is the price of the wider Sky package, not a standalone Hayu price.
How to find Hayu programmes
- Open the Sky home screen and go to TV Shows or On Demand.
- Search for a specific programme, such as Below Deck or Vanderpump Rules, if no Hayu promotion is visible.
- Use voice search on compatible Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream equipment.
- Check recommendations and programme pages; Sky says Hayu titles can also be found in the Sky Go app under the current full integration.
The March preview had a specific Sky Go restriction. Sky’s current Hayu page now lists Sky Go as a viewing route, so do not apply that preview limitation to the full service.

What “no extra cost” does—and does not—mean
- Eligible customers do not pay a separate Hayu fee for the catalogue included in their Sky package.
- You still pay for the underlying Sky subscription; this is not a public free trial.
- The standalone Hayu app and its separate plans are not included.
- If you downgrade to a non-eligible Sky package, the bundled access can disappear.
Customers who want the Hayu app or a different Hayu plan must subscribe separately through Sky Marketplace. Sky’s FAQ gives the management route for app subscriptions as My Sky → Your products → App subscriptions. If you already pay for Hayu separately, check that subscription before continuing to pay twice.

- Confirm the exact Sky package on your account, rather than relying on your device model.
- Search for a named Hayu programme and check both On Demand and TV Shows.
- Restart or refresh the Sky device if the package was changed recently.
- Check that your account and package status have updated correctly.
- Contact Sky support if your package is eligible but titles still do not appear.
Why Sky might ask you to pay
You may have opened the standalone Hayu app instead of the included Sky catalogue, be on an ineligible package, be attempting to use a separate Hayu plan, or be waiting for an entitlement update. Return to Sky’s On Demand or TV Shows areas before starting a new subscription.

Why only some seasons may appear
During the March preview, seeing only one specified season was expected. The full integration is larger, but availability remains title-specific and can change with rights and release schedules. “Same-day US episodes” is Sky’s stated offer for many programmes, not a promise covering every episode.
Is upgrading to Sky Ultimate TV worthwhile just for Hayu?
For an existing eligible customer who watches reality television, the integrated catalogue is a useful extra because there is no additional Hayu bill and no separate app login. Someone considering a new Sky contract solely for Hayu should compare the complete package, the 24-month minimum term and the other included services. A standalone Hayu subscription may suit viewers who do not need Sky channels or hardware, but its current price is not established here. Do not assume upgrading is cheaper without checking current terms.
The Bottom Line
As of August 2026, the accurate version of the story is: eligible UK Sky customers can access more than 250 Hayu shows and about 10,000 episodes through Sky, at no additional Hayu charge. Check your package, look in Sky’s On Demand or TV Shows areas, and remember that the standalone Hayu app remains separate.
