Manga spoilers through chapter 422. Tomura Shigaraki’s confirmed Quirk is Decay, and he acquires other abilities through the story. But the official character profile does not provide a complete six-Quirk inventory, and a headline’s four predicted additions are not canon. The reliable way to answer “How many Quirks does Shigaraki have now?” is to distinguish what official sources name, what the manga shows, and what remains speculation.
What the official profile confirms
Yomiuri TV’s official anime character profile lists Shigaraki’s Quirk as Decay. It also says that enhancement surgery by the Doctor gave him multiple Quirks held by All For One. The profile establishes that Shigaraki has abilities beyond Decay, but it does not name them all or state that his complete inventory is exactly six.
That distinction matters: “six known Quirks” is a headline framing, not a count established by the cited official profile. To make a precise inventory, each ability needs to be identified from manga evidence, and unnamed or briefly demonstrated abilities should not be silently turned into a definitive list.
How Shigaraki acquires and uses Quirks
The franchise’s official terminology guide describes Quirks as supernatural abilities manifested in people and explains One For All’s unusual history of accumulation and transfer. It also notes that Izuku is the first holder able to use the individual Quirks of previous holders. These mechanics help explain why acquiring or inheriting a Quirk is not the same thing as simply having a list of named powers.

For Shigaraki, the official profile specifically connects his multiple acquired Quirks to enhancement surgery and All For One’s stored abilities. Claims about a particular additional ability should therefore identify whether it was transferred, stolen, copied, or merely hypothesized—and whether Shigaraki is actually shown using it.
What the late manga establishes about One For All
Shueisha’s official listing for My Hero Academia Volume 41 covers chapters 411–422. Its synopsis says that Shigaraki obtains Izuku Midoriya’s Quirk, One For All. This is a late-series development, not a speculative future possibility. The listing is a chapter-range reference; it does not provide a complete catalogue of Shigaraki’s other powers.

The four proposed future Quirks in the headline are not identified in the material available from the official sources cited here. Without the original candidate list and manga evidence for each one, naming four abilities would mean inventing or guessing. “Could potentially get” describes a prediction, not a confirmed transfer or demonstrated power.

A careful account should label any proposed candidate separately from confirmed abilities and establish, for each, the mechanism of acquisition and evidence of use. Because the story reaches the One For All development in chapters 411–422, an older prediction can also become outdated; it should not be presented as a current account of the completed story.
