What Netflix’s 7 million views mean
Netflix’s first-half 2025 Engagement Report, published July 17, 2025, lists Tires Season 2 at 7 million views for January through June. Because Season 2 arrived June 5, the number reflects a short release window within that half-year.

Netflix defines views by dividing total hours viewed by a title’s runtime, as explained in its second-half 2025 report. That makes the figure a standardized measure of viewing, not evidence that seven million distinct people watched the season. Netflix says the first-half report captured approximately 99% of viewing during that period; that is coverage of the report’s viewing data, not a share of Tires’ audience.
“Scores big” is a fair description of the reported total, but it should not be read as a Netflix ranking or a claim that Season 2 beat comparable shows. The available figures do not establish a like-for-like comparison with other comedy seasons, particularly when their release windows may differ.

When Season 2 premiered and what it covers
Season 2 premiered on Netflix on June 5, 2025, and contains 12 episodes. It continues the workplace comedy set at Valley Forge, a family auto-repair business: after Will and Shane’s marketing idea succeeds unexpectedly, the cousins try to grow personally and professionally while underestimating the costs of running the shop.
Netflix describes Will, played by Steve Gerben, as an anxious and seemingly unqualified heir trying to turn his father’s business around while dealing with his cousin and employee Shane, played by Shane Gillis. Gillis, Gerben and John McKeever are the show’s co-creators, writers and executive producers; McKeever also directs. The principal cast includes Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox and Stavros Halkias, with Thomas Haden Church among Season 2’s guest stars. The season episode guide lists all 12 episodes and their June 5 release date.

Where to watch Tires
Netflix’s official Tires page lists the series and its Season 2 trailer. Netflix’s Tudum coverage says the first two seasons are streaming. Availability can vary by territory.

Netflix announced a Season 3 renewal in July 2025. In 2026, Variety reported that Netflix renewed the series for Season 4. The available reporting does not establish a Season 4 release date.
