When did Seann William Scott file for divorce?

Reports citing court documents said the divorce was dissolved on May 6, 2024. What happened in the later custody proceedings?
In July 2025, Us Weekly reported that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Korenberg’s request for their daughter to live primarily with her and for Scott’s parenting time to be substantially reduced. The judge granted Scott sole legal custody only for the specific purpose of enrolling their daughter in kindergarten, and ordered both parents to attend co-parenting classes.
The same report quoted the judge as saying: “Just because a course of action is legal, however, does not mean that taking it will not have significant relationship consequences or that it would not be wise to be mindful about communicating and explaining it.” The report attributed the words to the court order and did not name the judge.

What was reported about child support?
Us Weekly reported on October 2, 2025, that the parties’ lawyers had filed an agreement on September 30 for Scott to pay $11,000 per month in child support. That is the amount described in that report, not confirmation of the terms in force today.
What did Korenberg say about housing?
A 2025 report reproduced a statement from Korenberg’s court filing: “[Our daughter] and I will have nowhere to live. I cannot afford housing in Malibu. Further, it is not secure to continue living in Malibu, as we have evacuated numerous times due to wildfires.” This was her assertion in a filing, not an independently established court finding.
