San Diego Comic-Con’s 2025 floor offered a mix of spectacle, first looks, collectibles, music merchandise and comics. The standouts here are a subjective selection—not an official ranking—and include both displays that attendees could see and products with specific, sometimes limited, ways to access them.
What made the 2025 show floor stand out?
Comic-Con International’s 2025 event page described more than 1,000 exhibitors and nearly 2,000 hours of programming. The Associated Press reported that the exhibitor section covered 460,000 square feet (42,700 square meters) and that attendance was expected to reach 135,000. The attendance figure was an estimate, not a final count. These numbers give a sense of scale, but they do not measure which display or product was best.
The convention ran July 24–27, 2025, at the San Diego Convention Center. The selection below spans different kinds of floor experiences; the examples do not establish a definitive top five.
Five kinds of cool on the floor
LEGO’s Convention Center model: a display, not a retail set
GamesRadar+ highlighted LEGO’s full-scale model of the San Diego Convention Center. Its details included long lines and West Coast-style trees, turning the familiar venue into a playful subject in its own right. The report supports describing this as a display; it does not establish that LEGO offered it as a set for sale. GamesRadar+’s floor coverage.

Masters of the Universe Power Sword: a movie first look
GamesRadar+ also reported a Preview Night first look at the Power Sword from the upcoming 2026 Masters of the Universe film. It was a glimpse of a movie prop, not evidence of merchandise available to buy at the convention. GamesRadar+’s floor coverage.
Tamashii Nations: named figures with different access routes
Tamashii Nations listed several exclusive-edition collectibles for its 2025 event: S.H.Figuarts Son Gohan (Beast), Great Ape Vegeta and Great Demon King Piccolo, plus S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla (2023) -Exclusive Edition-. The Godzilla figure was offered first-come, first-served; the other named figures used a reservation process. These were event offerings, and the 2025 access arrangements do not establish current availability. Tamashii Nations’ event page.

Cold Slither vinyl: music merchandise tied to a fan event
In a July 21, 2025 announcement, Hasbro listed two Cold Slither vinyl variants: “Zartan Chameleon Blue” at the Hasbro booth and “Blood Moon Red” at the Reigning Phoenix Music booth. The offerings were connected to a one-night concert and other fan activities. The announcement establishes where the variants were offered at the 2025 convention, not whether they can still be found now. Hasbro’s announcement.
IDW’s Godzilla launch: comics and creator activity
IDW’s July 14, 2025 lineup announcement centered on the launch of Godzilla #1 and described activity at booth #2729, including more than 20 signings, panels and convention collectibles. This made the publisher’s presence about both a comic-book launch and the creators and events around it. The announcement supports the comic as a physical product category, but does not establish current stock or availability of a convention-exclusive edition. IDW’s lineup announcement.

How Comic-Con exclusives worked in 2025
“Exclusive” did not mean one universal way to get an item. Comic-Con International’s 2025 Exclusives Portal used random drawings for special signings and limited-edition collectibles. Participation depended on registered badge days, and attendees distributed credits among the options they wanted. Vendors also set their own processes: Tamashii Nations used reservations for some figures and a first-come sale for the Godzilla figure. Comic-Con International’s 2025 exclusives information and Tamashii Nations’ event page describe those distinct approaches.
For a floor roundup, the distinction matters: seeing a display did not mean it was purchasable, and a product listed for the convention was not necessarily available to every attendee. The cited announcements establish what was presented or offered during the 2025 event; they do not verify post-event inventory or resale availability.
