Pang opens by welcoming the audience to the 65th Annual TV Week Logie Awards and acknowledging Gadigal people and First Nations people. He then jokes about hosting the ceremony, dating shows and Australian television.

The MAFS joke
In the MAFS section, Pang riffs on the show’s dinner parties and suggests a comic casting idea for a future season: having “the mushroom lady” cater. The line is part of the monologue, not a factual report about the show’s production plans.
How this differs from Pang’s 2023 Logies speech
This page concerns Pang’s opening speech at the 2025 ceremony, where he hosted the 65th Annual TV Week Logie Awards. It is not his separate 2023 Logies monologue. The earlier speech also included MAFS jokes; Now To Love published a transcript of that performance here.
