AI-generated affection is not proof of consciousness, consent or mutual attachment.

- Visit Rushchat.ai or find its official app listing, then create an account. The FAQ advises against using a throwaway email because password-reset options may be limited.
- Browse the available characters or create one. Rushchat’s FAQ describes character creation; the company’s promotional pages also discuss customizing personality, appearance, roles and scenarios.
- Start a conversation and use the available free messages, membership benefits or coins for paid interactions and media.
- Keep a character private or publish it. Rushchat says chats and characters are private unless users choose to publish them, and users are responsible for what they make public.

What NSFW content is allowed?
Rushchat’s FAQ and community guidelines describe boundaries that make the service less than unrestricted. The rules concern both the content itself and whether it depicts real people or is shared publicly.

Rushchat says users can create characters. Its own character-design article promotes customization of traits and scenarios, but those are company claims rather than independent evidence of how consistently a character follows its description in practice.

Memory
The FAQ acknowledges that character memory has a limit and that a character may forget information that has not come up recently. “Memory” can refer to short-term conversational context, stored chat history or a profile-like record; the FAQ does not establish permanent recall across sessions. Do not rely on a character to retain important preferences, boundaries or personal history.

Images, voice and other media
The pricing page says coins can be redeemed for messages and pictures. The available product information does not establish whether images are generated, what kinds are currently permitted, or whether voice is offered across web and mobile versions. Check the current interface and terms before paying for a media feature.
Pricing, free messages and refunds
Rushchat’s pricing page lists monthly and annual memberships and separate coin purchases, but a dependable set of dollar prices is not established here. Prices may depend on currency, region or purchase channel, so check the live offer and renewal terms in the place you plan to buy. The page says purchased coins remain valid indefinitely; treat that as the company’s current stated policy, not a guarantee against future changes.

The refund policy says new users receive a limited number of free messages before purchase. It does not establish the current message allowance, whether a payment card is needed, or whether the free access differs between web and app. The same policy generally disclaims refunds for subscriptions and purchases, subject to exceptional review and applicable consumer law. - Try the free messages before buying, and avoid purchasing a large coin balance until you understand how the service uses it.
- Check whether a membership renews, the billing period, currency and cancellation terms; save the checkout details and receipt.
- If you pay through an app store, check that store’s refund process as well as Rushchat’s policy.
Privacy: what “private” means here
Rushchat’s FAQ says chats and characters are private unless the user publishes them. That means private from other users by default; it does not establish that conversations are confidential from the company, encrypted end to end or inaccessible to service providers.
The privacy policy says Rushchat may process user content from character creation and chats, monitor interactions, use content to train AI models and share information with vendors or service providers. It also says data may be processed in the United States and China. The policy describes possible collection across several categories, depending on how the service is used:

- Inferences about preferences or characteristics, and health or consumer-health information included in or inferred from content.
- Potential biometric-related information, such as face imagery or keystroke patterns, depending on use.
This does not mean every category is collected from every user. It does mean intimate chats should not be treated like a private diary. The policy’s model-training language is especially relevant to users who do not want their content used for that purpose. The available policy information does not clearly establish a training opt-out, deletion of data already used in training, or how long backups and individual chats are retained.
For a more cautious account, avoid entering real names, addresses, passwords, payment details, workplace secrets, medical information or identifying sexual-health details. Review the app’s requested camera, microphone, photo-library or other permissions before granting access.

Privacy safety
The broad data disclosures and possible model training mean Rushchat is a poor fit for anyone who needs strict confidentiality. The policy does not establish end-to-end encryption. “Private by default” should not be read as a promise that only the user can access chat content.
Financial safety
Memberships and coin purchases create separate billing decisions, while the stated refund policy generally does not offer refunds. Confirm recurring billing and the exact checkout terms before paying.
Emotional safety
