In February 2024, Robin Thicke said he and April Love Geary were looking at getting married that year—but he did not announce a wedding date. Later coverage reported that they married in Cabo in May 2025.
What Robin Thicke said about wedding plans in 2024
Thicke spoke to People at Bilt Rewards’ Casino Royale Party in San Diego on January 31, 2024. In a report published February 2, People quoted him saying: “Wedding plans are a priority, we’re looking at 2024 and we’re very excited.” Read the People report republished by Yahoo.
The wording set out an intended year, not a specific date or a confirmed ceremony. Thicke also said, “My relationship with April continues to grow beautifully as we’ve matured into three-time parents together.” He described Geary as “the most amazing woman a man could ask for.”
Were Robin Thicke and April Love Geary engaged?
Yes. The February 2024 report said they became engaged on Christmas Eve 2018. At the time of that report, they had three children together: Mia Love, Lola Alain and Luca Patrick. Those family details reflect the report’s February 2024 account.

When did Robin Thicke and April Love Geary get married?
TMZ and LBC later reported that the couple married in Cabo in May 2025. TMZ said the beachside ceremony took place outside Las Ventanas on Friday, May 30, with their three children present. TMZ’s May 31, 2025 report and LBC’s May 31, 2025 report both place the wedding in Cabo San Lucas. These are media reports; the details cited here are not independently confirmed by a statement from the couple or venue.
