Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, called a lawsuit brought by former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko “one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice.” The plaintiffs allege fraud and breach of contract, including claims about Lisa Marie Presley’s health and the Presley family trust. Those are allegations, not findings by a court.
What is Priscilla Presley being sued for?
Kruse and Fialko filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in August 2025, seeking more than $50 million and alleging fraud and breach of contract, according to the Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times. The requested amount is the plaintiffs’ demand, not a court award or a verified measure of loss.
The former partners say Presley undermined their business ventures and exploited Lisa Marie Presley’s death to improve her position in disputes involving the family trust and Graceland. The accusations describe the plaintiffs’ account of their business relationship and alleged motives; the cited reporting does not establish them as fact.
What does the lawsuit claim about Lisa Marie’s health?
According to AOL’s report, Kruse and Fialko allege that Lisa Marie was unwell around the 2023 Golden Globes and that Priscilla Presley did not seek medical care. They also make allegations about decisions following Lisa Marie’s hospitalization and connect those claims to an alleged effort to regain control of trust and estate interests.

These claims come from the plaintiffs’ complaint. The available reporting does not show that a court accepted them, and they should not be treated as established facts about Lisa Marie’s health or Priscilla Presley’s intentions.
What did Priscilla Presley’s lawyer say?
Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, rejected the complaint. AOL quoted him saying: “This is, without a doubt, one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice.” The description is Singer’s response on behalf of his client, not a ruling on the claims.
Rank #2
The plaintiffs’ attorney, Jordan Matthews, told the Associated Press that evidence would show his clients invested money and years of work in revitalizing Presley’s brand and were then betrayed. That is the plaintiffs’ counsel’s position; it, too, remains distinct from a court finding.
How does the case relate to the Presley family trust and Graceland?
The lawsuit’s trust-related allegations sit against the background of a separate dispute over Lisa Marie Presley’s estate trust. The Los Angeles Times reported that Priscilla Presley challenged an amendment that removed her as a trustee and named Riley Keough sole trustee.
The former partners’ claims refer to that wider family and estate context, but the reported lawsuit does not itself determine who owns Graceland or who should control a trust. The trust dispute is relevant background, not proof of the plaintiffs’ allegations about motive.

The reporting describes the suit as filed in August 2025. The Los Angeles Superior Court’s public case-search pages are general search entry points; the available information does not provide a case-specific docket, ruling, settlement, or disposition. No outcome should be inferred from the allegations or from Singer’s response.
The suit also follows an earlier lawsuit Priscilla Presley brought against Kruse and Fialko, in which she accused them of financial elder abuse, according to the Associated Press. These are competing allegations by the parties; the cited reports do not establish a resolution of either side’s claims.
