The PrideFEST Parade took place in Northbridge, Perth, on Saturday, 23 November 2024, closing a 10-day festival themed “Together, Go West.” PerthNow labels its video page a replay of the city’s celebration of LGBTQIA+ community strength, resilience and joy. The event is in the past; this page is a replay, not an upcoming parade listing.
When and where was the PrideFEST Parade?
The parade was held in Northbridge on Saturday, 23 November 2024. Published start times differ: Pride WA’s event notification listed a 7:45pm start, while City of Perth coverage said the parade began at 8pm after entertainment from 6pm. Those are the times reported by each source, rather than a single reconciled time.
Pride WA’s event notice also listed a free Parade Party at Russell Square from 9:30pm.
How did the parade fit into PrideFEST 2024?
PrideFEST ran from 15 to 23 November under the theme “Together, Go West.” In its post-event report, Pride WA counted 89 events across the 10-day program and identified the Northbridge parade as the festival’s closing event. That realized total differs from the City of Perth’s advance announcement on 15 November, which said the festival would feature more than 100 events.

What does the replay show?
PerthNow’s page is labelled a replay and describes the city celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community on 23 November 2024. Pride WA’s entrant guidelines say the parade was to be recorded for an online web stream. The available page text does not establish whether PerthNow’s video contains the full stream or an edited package, so specific scenes, participants and the video’s complete length cannot be confirmed from that information alone.
