What “available in Canada” means
Pokémon Center Canada is an online storefront, not a new physical shop. Pokémon Center says it does not operate physical retail locations in the regions where it has websites. The company describes the Canadian site as “the premier source for official Pokémon merchandise in Canada!”
The Canadian catalog includes merchandise such as clothing and Pokémon TCG products. Its New Releases page is a live catalog: products, prices, and stock can change, and Pokémon Center cautions that not every product is offered in every region.
Shipping, payment and taxes
- Currency: Canadian orders are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Shipping: Pokémon Center Support states a flat $10 CAD shipping fee unless otherwise stated. Treat this as the published baseline, not a guarantee that every order will have identical terms; review the current shipping policy and checkout total.
- Delivery addresses: Orders can ship only to addresses in Canada. P.O. boxes and military addresses are excluded.
- Taxes: Pokémon Center says it collects applicable GST, HST, QST, and/or Saskatchewan PST. The amount depends on applicable tax rules; check the final checkout total.

What you can buy—and how availability works
The site lists official merchandise, including apparel and selected Pokémon TCG products. Regional assortment means a product shown on another country’s store may not appear on the Canadian site. Check the Canadian product page for current stock, price, and whether the item is available to order.
For a product you want, distinguish an in-stock listing from a preorder. The Canadian storefront’s live catalog and the official preorder schedule dated October 5, 2026 show examples of merchandise and card products, but listings and estimates can change.

Preorders: estimates, charges and cancellations
Pokémon Center’s preorder guidance says payment is charged when the item ships. The company does not provide an exact shipping or delivery date, and estimated release dates can change because of delays. A preorder cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
Before preordering, read the item’s listing and the Preorder FAQ. The estimated release-date schedule is a shipment estimate, not a promise of arrival on a particular date.

Invite Only items
Some popular products may use Pokémon Center’s Invite Only selection process. As of the FAQ dated October 6, 2026, customers in Canada may be eligible if they subscribe to the Pokémon Center newsletter and meet criteria the company does not disclose. Subscription does not guarantee selection, meeting the criteria does not guarantee an invitation, and an invitation does not guarantee stock or access to a product. An invitation link is unique and cannot be transferred.
Accounts and order history
Pokémon Center says the same username and password may be used on its U.S. and Canadian sites, but order histories are separated: Canadian purchases appear on the Canadian site, while U.S. purchases appear on the U.S. site. Check the regional site where you placed the order when looking for its details.

Before you place an order
- Open the Canadian Pokémon Center storefront and confirm the item is listed there.
- Check whether it is in stock or a preorder, then review any release estimate and cancellation conditions.
- Enter an eligible Canadian delivery address; P.O. boxes and military addresses are not accepted.
- Review the checkout total in CAD, including the displayed shipping charge and applicable taxes, before submitting the order.
Pokémon Center also says it does not offer wholesale pricing to smaller retailers for merchandise; Pokémon TCG cards are an exception distributed through existing mass-market partnerships. That policy concerns retailer sourcing, not whether an individual shopper can order eligible items from the Canadian store.
