Pawn Stars personality Corey Harrison was arrested in Las Vegas on September 8, 2023, on a reported DUI allegation. News accounts described the traffic stop and testing steps based on a police arrest report; they do not establish that Harrison was guilty. The available reporting cited here does not establish a conviction or final case outcome.
What was reported about the arrest?
FOX5 reported that an officer saw Harrison’s white Ford F-250 moving between the right travel lane and a bicycle lane near Main Street and Charleston Boulevard before stopping it. FOX5 attributed descriptions of bloodshot, watery eyes and an odor of alcohol to the arrest report. Its account quoted the report as describing the truck as “veering back and forth into the bike lane.” These are reported officer observations, not independent findings about impairment.

KTNV also described a traffic stop and officer observations drawn from the arrest report, and said Harrison was booked on DUI-related charges. Neither outlet’s account amounts to a court determination.
What did reports say about testing?
FOX5 reported that Harrison was asked to provide a breath sample, but the testing device was not working properly. A blood sample was then taken. FOX5 said police had not released the result at the time of its September 11, 2023 report. The cited reporting does not provide a test result, so no conclusion about one can be drawn from it.

How did Harrison respond?
Law&Crime reported Harrison’s comments to the Las Vegas Review-Journal about the stop and field testing. Harrison said, “You’re obviously nervous every time you get pulled over. It’s not a normal thing for me.” The report also said he attributed unsteadiness during the field test to a shin infection and said he felt he had passed. Those are Harrison’s reported statements, not independently established explanations or test findings.

The reporting cited here does not establish a conviction or final disposition. A July 6, 2026 LegalClarity retrospective said its review did not find a subsequent formal charging decision or disposition. That is secondary reporting, not an official court record; it does not establish that no case existed or that the matter ended in a particular way.
