Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf said in a joint statement on September 16, 2026, that they had decided to move forward with their divorce. What Scott and Kelley Wolf have said about the divorce
In June 2025, Scott said he had filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage, using the duration stated in his announcement. Kelley publicly said around the same time that they were moving toward dissolving their marriage. Good Morning America reported Scott’s statement: “After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley.” He also asked for privacy as they helped their children through the change.

In the September 2026 statement, the couple said they had spent time at home together as a family and focused on healing, rebuilding, and stability since early spring. They then said they had “decided to move forward with our divorce.” People’s report, syndicated by Yahoo News, also said the couple emphasized co-parenting their three children.
Is the divorce final?
The public statements establish that Scott said he filed in 2025 and that the couple said in 2026 they planned to proceed. The reports do not establish a final court judgment. They also do not provide a filing venue or docket, custody terms, a property settlement, or a confirmed reason for the separation. Their stated commitment to co-parenting does not, by itself, establish specific custody arrangements.
