That was a chapter, not her current reported situation: by September 2025, Ree Drummond had told People that Paige had left the ranch and moved to Dallas with her husband, David Andersen.
Why did Paige Drummond move back home?
Before returning to Pawhuska, Paige had left a corporate job in Dallas, according to ABC’s March 2025 family profile. She came back in January 2024 to work full-time on the Drummond family ranch.
Paige described the contrast between her education and the work in remarks attributed to the August 2024 issue of The Pioneer Woman Magazine: “College didn’t prepare me for this,” she said, then added, “But my childhood prepared me for it. I’m proud to be back here.”
What did Paige do on the Drummond ranch?
The reporting establishes that Paige worked full-time on the ranch with her father. It does not specify a particular ranch role, daily duties, or equipment she used, so more detailed claims about her work would go beyond what has been reported.

Does Paige Drummond still work on the ranch?
Not according to the latest report in this timeline. On September 18, 2025, TV Insider reported, citing a People interview with Ree, that Paige had left the Oklahoma cattle ranch and moved to Dallas with her husband, David Andersen. Ree said of the couple: “They were long distance for most of their dating relationship, and I think they just are having fun living together.”
