The official Oshi no Ko site released Season 2’s first main promotional video and main visual on May 26, 2024. The trailer previewed part of the opening theme, “Fatal,” by GEMN. Season 2 was then scheduled to begin broadcasting in Japan on July 3, 2024; this is an archival update, not a new 2026 return announcement.
What the Season 2 trailer announcement confirmed
The May 26, 2024 announcement confirmed the release of the season’s first main PV (promotional video) and main visual. It did not describe the video’s individual shots or plot details, so the announcement alone does not establish what specific scenes appear in the trailer.
