One-Punch Man Season 3’s second cour is scheduled for 2027, but no exact premiere date or end date has been announced. A separate notice sets a rerun of the first cour to begin October 12, 2026, in Japan. Those are two different schedule updates—not a newly revealed series end date.
When is One-Punch Man Season 3 coming back?
The official anime site and TV Tokyo list the second cour for 2027. Neither announcement specifies a day or month for its premiere. The official anime notice is dated September 25, 2026; read the official announcement, and see TV Tokyo’s series listing.

Did the announcement give a specific end date?
No. It gives a year-level broadcast window for the second cour, not a final episode date or an end date for Season 3 or the series. Calling this an “end date reveal” goes beyond what the announcement says.
What is scheduled for October 2026?
The October date is for a rerun of Season 3’s first cour, not the premiere of its second cour. The official notice says the rebroadcast begins October 12, 2026, and airs every Monday at 25:30 Japan time—equivalent to 1:30 a.m. Tuesday by ordinary clock notation. TV Tokyo also lists the rerun start date.

Does “disastrous Season 3” come from this announcement?
No. The official schedule notice and TV Tokyo listing establish broadcast plans; they do not substantiate “disastrous” as a factual description. That word is an opinion, and these schedule sources provide neither a reception statistic nor an attributed review to support it.

That has not been established by the cited announcements. VIZ’s 2025 release announcement named Crunchyroll, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix for Season 3 streaming beginning October 12, 2025; its U.S. viewing guide gave a weekly Sunday schedule and listed episode 12 for December 28, 2025. These are details for the first cour and do not confirm platforms or regional availability for the 2027 second cour. See VIZ’s streaming announcement and VIZ’s U.S. viewing guide.
