Garp returns with the Ryugu royal family

Koby and X Drake discuss Wano

What does the chapter reveal about Sabo and Alabasta?
It reveals that serious reports involving both subjects have circulated, but not the underlying facts. The Sabo report mentions a fatality; the Revolutionary Army says it is trying to ascertain the truth. The Alabasta report concerns Vivi and triggers a Navy response. Chapter 956 does not identify the fatality, establish that Sabo died, explain the full Alabasta incident, or say who caused it.
Those limits matter: the chapter presents these developments as unresolved news, not as a complete account. Treat later explanations, if discussing them, as information from beyond Chapter 956 rather than answers supplied by this chapter.

VIZ’s official English-language Chapter 956 page provides chapter navigation and a route to buy the volume. The chapter is collected in One Piece Volume 95; it is not a standalone print volume.
Shueisha’s official Volume 95 listing includes Chapter 956 among Chapters 954–964. It lists the Japanese print edition as released December 28, 2019, with 208 pages and ISBN 978-4-08-882169-6, and the digital edition as released February 4, 2020. These are Japanese publication details; availability and edition details may differ by territory.
