When did One Piece chapter 1129 come out?
VIZ’s schedules for chapters 1127 and 1128 both list October 13, 2024, as the date for chapter 1129. Those neighboring chapter listings provide consistent support for the digital release date. VIZ’s chapter schedule
The date refers to the digital release. A contemporaneous report said chapter 1129 was previewed on ONE PIECE.com and was scheduled for Weekly Shonen Jump issue 46, due in Japan on October 15, 2024. The magazine issue date should not be mistaken for the digital launch date. MANGA Watch’s October 11, 2024 report

Why does one VIZ page show October 20?
VIZ’s chapter 1129 page displayed October 20, 2024, but that date conflicts with the October 13 date in both VIZ’s chapter 1127 and chapter 1128 listings for chapter 1129. Given that inconsistency, the neighboring schedule listings support October 13 as the digital release date; the October 20 display should be treated as conflicting page metadata, not as a confirmed replacement date.
